Function
Within SBS, the NEO Global Business Unit is in charge of developing, commercializing and operating the Digital and Open Banking solutions. It implies the front-end customer-facing engagement products (web, mobile, other digital channels) along side with the compliance related products.
In the Centre of Expertise department of NEO entity, you will contribute to our success by helping configure and deploy to our customers digital solutions based on our portfolio of R&D components.
To do so, you will be part of a SaaS/Cloud ecosystem with external third-party partners. Your internal contacts are product and project managers as well as developers, solution architects and devops from all our geographies
Your missions
- Provide guidance in implementing and configuring organization’s products connecting with R&D teams
- Propose proactively improvement ideas of our solutions features in collaborations with R&D
- Support and advise the customer at the functional level throughout an integration project by reconciling his needs and the existing or future (roadmap) product features and configuration
- Participate in the "Bidding" phase by helping to secure the estimates in collaboration with the project team
- Prepare and lead customer workshops: clarification of the need / scope, configuration of the solution, …
- Write the functional specifications of a customer integration project (sequence diagrams, mappings, ...)
- Ensure the parametrization and configuration of the solution according to customer needs and specifications
- Provide support to the customer during the testing phase (UAT) of the delivered solution at the functional level
- Ensure project monitoring and reporting on the functional scope (backlogs, E2E tests, etc.)
- Build impactful and relevant supports according to the needs of the activity (demos, procedures, etc.)
Profile
- Mastery of REST APIs and the micro-services architecture
- Mastery of testing tools (Postman, SoapUI, Jmeter, K6, …)
- Mastery of Agile methodologies and associated tools (GitLab, Jira, confluence, …)
- Knowledge of delivery principles and tools in a multi-cloud environment (API Portal, Gateway, proxy, Kubernetes, bundle, …)
- Knowledge of the IT development environments and tools (Git, front/back end, etc.)
You have at least 2 years of experience in similar responsibilities (Business Analyst / Product Owner) ideally with prior experience in IT development. You are autonomous and proactive in your daily work. Your strong ability to adapt allows you to dialogue with several levels of stakeholders in a multicultural environment. You are oriented customer service (internal and external) and know how to think "out of the box".
Language
You are proficient (speaking/writing) in both English (mandatory) and French (desirable).
